Welcome to Ohi 'Ohi Technologies (www.ohiohi.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

  • 'Ohi 'Ohi Technologies provides an online marketplace connecting customers with local farmers and producers.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.

2. Orders & Transactions

  • All transactions are between the customer and the vendor. 'Ohi 'Ohi Technologies acts only as an intermediary.

  • Orders are subject to availability, and vendors reserve the right to cancel or modify orders as necessary.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.

3. No Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, we have a strict no return policy.

  • Any issues with products must be addressed directly with the vendor.

  • 'Ohi 'Ohi Technologies is not responsible for product quality but will assist in dispute resolution when needed.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders must be picked up at our designated location during specified hours:

    • 1720 Palolo Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816

    • Pickup Days: Wednesdays & Saturdays (11:00 AM - 5:30 PM HST)

  • Delivery services will be available starting September 2025.

5. User Conduct

  • Users agree not to misuse the website, disrupt operations, or engage in fraudulent activities.

  • Any violation of these terms may result in termination of account access.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ohi 'Ohi Technologies and may not be used without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • 'Ohi 'Ohi Technologies is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to food-related illnesses, order discrepancies, or vendor disputes.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Customized Bundling

Order from multiple vendors. We pick up from farmers and bundle your purchases at Hapa Market in Palolo. Pickup on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM til 5:30 PM.

Buy Direct from Farmers

We inspect, temp check and pickup via fleet of Mercedes refrigerated vehicles ensuring food safety.

Complete Transparency

See where every dollar you spend goes. We get a nominal fee for maintaining our platform and vehicles.

Dedicated support via chat and email. Also visit our store for in person service.
